I don't know... I mean, wouldn't Nnoit object? I always got the impression that Tesla was his bitch, and his bitch alone. :P Unless he wants to join in, of course.

I think Nnoi would object post Neliel but before then, Tesla doesn't seem to be his Fraccion, or not completely. I'm somewhere between thinking he's an Ex-Espada like Szayel (judging by how ridiculously calm he is when he gets Santa Teresa thrown so close to his head) or Nnoitra hasn't quite decided what he wants with him. (I like the first option!) Also, he calls Neliel 'Neliel-sama' and Nnoitra just 'Nnoitra' rather than Nnoitra-sama. Hmm~

Post-Neliel either Nnoitra doesn't openly care, but beats the shit out of Tesla for it anyway, or he makes it very, very clear that he's not to leave his side ever, which is so much more likely.
